The Kurdistan Institution for Strategic Studies and Scientific Research, Sulaimaniyah (KISSR) is n research organisation located in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. It collaborates on research with higher education institutes as well as other local and international universities. KISSR participates in a number of networks that foster international mobility and provides graduate and postgraduate programmes. KISSAR is a co-organizer of the ICLTCA Conference, which will take place in early October 2023.
